Managing Partner, Sprout Digital Development Limited

Damilola Anwo-Ade is the Managing Partner of Sprout Digital Development Limited (Sprout) and the founder of CodeIT. Damilola has considerable ‘hands on’, client-facing, project-based experience in the ICT for development sector.  With expertise in ICT project management and global knowledge of education technology to create social change across Africa.She  been instrumental in delivering successful strategic projects to aid educational and IT  for development globally.

For her work supporting women in tech, she was selected as one of five Techwomen who represented Nigeria in Silicon Valley by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs in 2017. She received presidential praise in 2018 for her work in grooming Nigerian children, especially girls on coding, and promoting the use of technology amongst young people.

While building her career she has been a strong advocate for supporting women in tech, promoting digital skills including programming and coding skills amongst Africa’s next generation.
