Tayo Sowole is the Founder of Thrive Africa, a consultancy helping startups across Africa grow their revenue. He also serves as Head of Revenue at Talstack, a platform enhancing employee engagement and performance, and is the founder of RevStar, a community for revenue-focused professionals.

 

With over a decade of experience, Tayo has built go-to-market teams across Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, and Kenya. He was previously the General Manager and Chief Strategic Sales Officer at The uLesson Group, leading international expansion and strategic planning. At SeamlessHR, he drove product partnerships and go-to-market strategies. His career also includes roles at Bento Africa and Dealdey.

 

Tayo is dedicated to helping revenue professionals succeed and companies grow. His contributions as a sales coach earned him a Fellowship at the Chartered Institute of Mentoring and Coaching.
