Our relationship with CES makes sense for innovation in Africa – Dr. Evans Woherem

The chairman of Digital Africa said that forging good relationships is a good way to driving innovation around the world.

Speaking to journalist from CES 2019 in Las Vegas, he pointed out that everyone in the world is doing technology now. Therefore you cannot make progress without collaboration.

Dr. Woherem should know. He was the first board chairman of Interswitch and got a PHD in Artificial Intelligence before it became an everyday term.

Today he is the Chairman of Digital Africa which is the premier Organiser of Tech conferences, workshops and forums in Nigeria. Digital Africa is a CES partner and facilitates the attendance of leading Nigerian organisations and personalities.

The days of the genius innovator cooking up things in a lab alone are long gone, he points out. The key to innovation and progress is partnership.
